Vehicle: 2017 Acura ILX Premium

My 2017 Acura ILX Premium has started having its headlights flicker intermittently, especially the passenger side. Sometimes it's just a quick flash, other times it seems to dim for a second or two before returning to full brightness. It's not constant, but it's noticeable and a bit concerning, especially at night.

I've checked the bulbs, and they look fine, no obvious signs of burning out. Could this be a wiring issue, a faulty ballast (if it's HID), or something with the headlight control module? Any ideas on where to start looking?
