A/C Blowing Warm in My 2020 MDX Tech Package

Vehicle: 2020 Acura MDX Technology

I'm having a problem with the air conditioning in my 2020 Acura MDX with the Technology Package. For the past few weeks, the A/C has been blowing warm air, especially on the driver's side. The passenger side seems to be slightly cooler, but it's definitely not cold like it should be.

I've checked the climate control settings multiple times, ensuring it's set to 'LO' and the fan is on high, but it still feels like ambient air. There are no strange noises coming from the vents or under the hood when the A/C is on, just warm air. It's getting hot here in Texas, so this is a real issue.

Has anyone with a 2020 MDX experienced this A/C problem? What was the cause and how was it fixed? I'm hoping it's not a major repair.
