2018 TLX V6 - Rough Shifts After 60k Miles, Time for Transmission Fluid?

Hey everyone, I've got a 2018 Acura TLX V6 with about 62,000 miles on it. Lately, I've noticed the shifts feeling a bit rougher, especially from 2nd to 3rd gear. It's not terrible, but definitely not as smooth as it used to be.

I checked my service records and I don't think the transmission fluid has ever been changed. Is 60k miles the typical interval for these cars? I'm wondering if a fluid drain and fill would help, or if there's something else I should be looking at. Any DIY tips or things to watch out for if I attempt this myself?
