Hey everyone, I'm having a really annoying issue with the MMI system in my 2018 Audi A4 Premium. It's been freezing up randomly, sometimes for a few seconds, sometimes for a minute or two, and then occasionally it just completely restarts itself.

This happens whether I'm using Apple CarPlay or just the built-in navigation or radio. It's super frustrating, especially when I'm trying to follow directions or make a call. I've tried doing a soft reset by holding down the volume knob, but it only seems to help temporarily.
