Hey everyone,

I've been having some really frustrating issues with the MMI system in my 2020 Audi A5 Sportback Premium Plus. Lately, it's been freezing up completely, sometimes while I'm navigating or trying to change radio stations. It usually resolves itself after a few minutes or a restart, but it's happening more frequently.

The bigger headache is my Apple CarPlay connection. It keeps disconnecting randomly, especially during longer drives. I've tried different cables, restarting my phone, and even factory resetting the MMI, but the problem persists. It's making hands-free calls and music streaming almost impossible.

Has anyone else experienced this with their A5 from these model years? Is there a known software update or a fix I can try before heading to the dealership? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
