My 2018 Audi Q5 Premium Plus has been having serious issues with the MMI system lately. It freezes up, becomes unresponsive to touch or the control knob, and then randomly reboots while I'm driving. It's super frustrating, especially when I'm trying to use navigation or connect my phone.

Sometimes it works fine for a bit, then acts up again. I've tried restarting the car, but the problem persists. Is this a common issue with these models? Any quick fixes I can try before heading to the dealer?
