Hey everyone, I'm having a really frustrating issue with the MMI system in my 2018 Audi Q5 Premium Plus. Lately, it's been freezing up completely, sometimes for a few seconds, sometimes for a minute or two. Then it often just restarts itself, or the screen goes totally blank and I have to manually restart it by holding down the volume knob. It's making navigation and music impossible to use reliably. Has anyone else experienced this with their Q5? Any quick fixes I can try before heading to the dealer?
