Hey everyone, I'm having persistent issues with the MMI system in my 2020 Audi Q5 Premium Plus. Lately, it's been freezing up completely, sometimes multiple times during a single drive. It's really frustrating when I'm trying to use navigation or change music.

On top of that, Apple CarPlay keeps disconnecting randomly. It'll work fine for 10-15 minutes, then suddenly drop out, and it's a real pain to get it to reconnect. Sometimes it won't even recognize my phone at all. I've tried different cables and restarting my phone, but no luck.

Has anyone else experienced this with their Q5? Any tips or tricks before I take it to the dealership?
