Vehicle: 2019 Audi SQ5 Prestige
Hey fellow SQ5 owners,
I've noticed my 2019 Audi SQ5 Prestige has been consuming an unusual amount of oil lately. I seem to be adding a quart every 1,500-2,000 miles, which feels excessive for a relatively new car. There are no visible leaks under the car, and I haven't seen any blue smoke from the exhaust, so I'm a bit puzzled.
I've read online that excessive oil consumption in these engines can sometimes be linked to a faulty PCV (Positive Crankcase Ventilation) valve. Could this be the case for my SQ5? I'm trying to gather some information before I take it to the dealership.
Has anyone with a 2019 or similar model year SQ5 experienced high oil consumption, and if so, what was the cause? Any diagnostic tips or things I should mention to the service advisor would be helpful!
