Vehicle: 2017 BMW 540i

My 2017 BMW 540i (G30) has developed a really bad steering wheel vibration, but only when I hit speeds between 60 and 70 MPH. Below or above that, it's smooth. It's quite unsettling on the highway.

I recently got new tires, and they were balanced, but the problem started shortly after. Could it be a bad balance job, or something more serious like a bent rim or suspension component?
