Vehicle: 2018 Buick Enclave Avenir
Hey everyone,
I'm having some really frustrating issues with the infotainment system in my 2018 Buick Enclave Avenir. Lately, the screen has been freezing up completely, sometimes for a minute or two, and other times it just reboots itself while I'm driving. It's totally random, but seems to be happening more frequently now.
The biggest headache is with Apple CarPlay. It constantly disconnects or just won't connect at all. I've tried multiple USB cables, including brand new Apple certified ones, and it doesn't seem to make a difference. Sometimes it works fine for a whole trip, and then the next time I start the car, it's a no-go.
Has anyone else experienced this with their Enclave or other Buick models? Is there a known fix or something I can try before taking it to the dealership? It's really impacting my daily commute and navigation.
