Vehicle: 2018 Buick Enclave Premium
Hey everyone, I'm having some really frustrating issues with the infotainment system in my 2018 Buick Enclave Premium. Lately, it's been freezing up completely, sometimes going to a black screen for a few minutes before restarting, or just staying black until I turn the car off and on again.
It's making navigation impossible and I can't even use Apple CarPlay or Android Auto reliably. I've tried doing a soft reset by holding down the power button, but that only helps temporarily, if at all.
Has anyone else experienced this with their Enclave? Is there a known fix or a software update I should be looking for? It's really impacting my driving experience.
