Vehicle: 2020 Buick Envision Essence
Hi all,
My 2020 Buick Envision Essence has been having issues with the IntelliLink infotainment screen. It frequently freezes, becomes unresponsive to touch, and sometimes just goes completely black for a few minutes before restarting itself. It's really frustrating, especially when I'm relying on navigation or trying to change radio stations.
I've tried restarting the car, and sometimes that helps temporarily, but the problem always comes back. Is this a known issue with the Envision's infotainment system? Are there any software updates I should be looking for, or could it be a hardware problem with the unit itself?
