Hey everyone, I'm having a really frustrating issue with my 2020 Buick Envision Essence. The IntelliLink infotainment screen keeps freezing up randomly while I'm driving. Sometimes it just stops responding to touch, and other times it goes completely black for a few minutes before rebooting itself.

It's really annoying, especially when I'm using navigation or trying to change the radio station. I've tried restarting the car, but the problem always comes back. Is this a common issue with these models?
