Vehicle: 2017 Buick LaCrosse Premium
My 2017 Buick LaCrosse Premium has been having serious issues with its infotainment system. The screen frequently freezes, becomes unresponsive, or just goes completely black while I'm driving. It's not just the radio; navigation and Apple CarPlay also stop working.
Sometimes it reboots itself after a few minutes, but other times it stays black until I turn the car off and on again. There are no warning lights on the dash. I've tried doing a soft reset by holding down the power button, but that only helps temporarily.
Is this a known problem with the LaCrosse's IntelliLink system? Could it be a software bug, or is the hardware failing? Any suggestions on what I can do?
