Hey everyone, I've got a 2022 Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing with the manual transmission. I track the car occasionally and drive it pretty hard on weekends.

I'm wondering what the recommended transmission fluid change interval is for this kind of use. The owner's manual seems to suggest a longer interval for normal driving, but I'm not sure if that applies to performance driving.
