Vehicle: 2020 Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury

I'm having an issue with the Side Blind Zone Alert system in my 2020 Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury. The 'Service Side Blind Zone Alert' message keeps popping up on the dash, and the system simply isn't working. The little amber lights in the mirrors don't illuminate when a car is in my blind spot.

It started intermittently, but now it seems to be a constant problem. I've checked the settings in the infotainment system, and it's definitely turned on. Could this be a sensor issue, or maybe something with the wiring? Has anyone else experienced this with their Escalade, and what was the fix?
