Vehicle: 2017 Cadillac XT5 Luxury
Hey everyone,
I have a 2017 Cadillac XT5 Luxury with about 75,000 miles on it. I've been feeling a very slight shudder, mostly when accelerating gently from a stop or at lower speeds. It's not constant, but enough to make me wonder.
I'm looking through my owner's manual for the transmission fluid service interval, and it seems a bit ambiguous. Some sources online suggest a fluid change around 60k-100k miles, especially with some of the 8-speed transmissions. Is this something I should be looking into? Could the shudder be related to old fluid?
Any advice on DIY vs. dealership for this, or if it's even necessary at this mileage, would be great. Thanks!
