2018 XT5 Transmission Fluid Change Interval? Shuddering at low speeds.

My 2018 Cadillac XT5 Luxury has about 75,000 miles on it now. I've been pretty good about oil changes and regular service, but I'm wondering about the transmission fluid. The owner's manual seems a bit vague, or maybe I'm just missing it.

Lately, I've noticed a slight shuddering sensation, especially when accelerating gently from a stop or at lower speeds. It's not constant, but it's noticeable. Could this be related to the transmission fluid?

I'm trying to figure out if it's time for a fluid change and if this is something I can tackle myself or if it's definitely a dealer job. Any advice from other XT5 owners would be great!
