Vehicle: 2017 Cadillac XT5 Luxury
Hey everyone,
I'm having some persistent issues with the CUE infotainment system in my 2017 Cadillac XT5 Luxury. Lately, it's been freezing up completely, becoming unresponsive to touch, and sometimes the navigation just stops working or shows me in the wrong location.
It's really frustrating, especially when I'm trying to use Apple CarPlay or adjust climate controls. Sometimes it reboots itself, but the problems usually come back within a few minutes. I've tried doing a soft reset by holding down the power button, but that's only a temporary fix.
Has anyone else experienced this with their XT5? Are there any known software updates or common hardware failures I should be aware of? Any advice on what I can do before taking it to the dealer would be greatly appreciated!
