Vehicle: 2022 Cadillac XT6 Premium Luxury

I have a 2022 Cadillac XT6 Premium Luxury with about 35,000 miles. Lately, when I turn on the AC, there's a really unpleasant musty, mildew-like smell coming from the vents. It's especially noticeable when I first start the car or when the AC has been running for a while.

Also, it feels like the airflow isn't as strong as it used to be, even on high fan settings. I'm wondering if this is a cabin air filter issue or something else with the AC system.
