Vehicle: 2022 Chevrolet Colorado Z71
Hi all,
I'm having a frustrating problem with my 2022 Chevrolet Colorado Z71, 3.6L V6, with only about 25,000 miles. This morning, I went to start it, and it just cranks but won't turn over. The 'Security' light on the dash is flashing rapidly while I'm trying to start it.
I tried a different key, but got the same result. The battery seems fine, as it cranks strongly, and all other electronics work. I haven't had any issues like this before.
Could this be a Passlock or immobilizer issue? What can I do to troubleshoot this before I have to tow it to the dealer? Any common fixes or things to check for a newer Chevy truck?
