Vehicle: 2023 Chrysler 300 Touring L

I bought a new 2023 Chrysler 300 Touring L about a year ago, and I'm already noticing really rapid and uneven tire wear, especially on the front tires. The inner edge of my front passenger tire is almost bald, while the rest of the tread looks okay. Also, the car has started to subtly pull to the right when I'm driving straight on a flat road.

It only has 15,000 miles on it, which seems way too soon for this kind of tire wear. I had the tires rotated at 7,500 miles, but the problem seems to have gotten worse since then. What could be causing this?
