Vehicle: 2020 Ford Escape Titanium

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing some concerning issues with the transmission in my 2020 Ford Escape Titanium, which has the 1.5L EcoBoost engine. It's got about 40,000 miles on it.

Lately, I've noticed that it hesitates to shift into gear sometimes, particularly when accelerating from a stop.
