2018 Sierra 1500 8-Speed Transmission Shudder - What's going on?

Hey everyone, I'm really frustrated with my 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT, 5.3L V8. Lately, I've been experiencing a noticeable shudder or vibration, especially when accelerating at lower speeds, typically between 30-50 mph. It feels like the transmission is struggling to decide which gear to be in, or maybe it's slipping.

It's not constant, but it's happening more frequently now. I've heard about issues with the 8-speed transmission in these trucks, but I'm not sure if this is the 'torque converter shudder' people talk about. The truck only has about 70,000 miles on it, and I've kept up with all the scheduled maintenance.

Has anyone else experienced this with their Sierra? Is there a common fix or something I should be looking out for? I'm worried this could be a major repair.
