2017 Q50 Red Sport - Turbo Failure & Coolant Leak Concerns (P0299)

My 2017 Infiniti Q50 Red Sport with about 70,000 miles has been giving me some headaches lately. I've noticed a significant drop in power, and sometimes it feels like the turbos aren't spooling up correctly. The check engine light came on, and a scan showed P0299 (turbocharger underboost).

On top of that, I've been smelling coolant, and the reservoir level drops slowly. I'm worried about the common VR30DDTT issues like turbo failure or the dreaded coolant gallery gasket leak. Has anyone else experienced this with their 2017 Q50 3.0t?

What was the fix, and how much did it cost? I'm trying to figure out if this is something I can tackle with a trusted independent shop or if it's a dealer-only repair.
