Hey everyone, I'm having a really frustrating issue with my 2018 Infiniti Q50 Red Sport 400. Lately, it's developed a rough idle, especially when cold, and I've noticed a significant drop in power. The check engine light came on, and when I scanned it, I got multiple misfire codes like P0301, P0303, and P0305.

I've tried replacing the spark plugs, but the problem persists. It feels like the engine is struggling, and sometimes it even stumbles under acceleration. The car has about 70,000 miles on it.

Has anyone else experienced this with their VR30DDTT engine? What was the fix? I'm hoping it's not something major like a turbo issue.
