Hey everyone,

I've been having a really frustrating issue with my 2018 Infiniti Q50 Red Sport. The dual infotainment screens will randomly freeze, become unresponsive to touch, and sometimes go completely black. It seems to happen without any pattern – sometimes right after starting, other times in the middle of a drive.

Restarting the car sometimes fixes it temporarily, but the problem always comes back. It's making navigation and using the car's features almost impossible. Has anyone else experienced this with their Q50? What could be causing this electrical nightmare?
