2018 Q50 Red Sport Turbo Failure & Coolant Loss - Anyone Else?

My 2018 Infiniti Q50 Red Sport 400 with about 65,000 miles has been giving me headaches. I've noticed significant coolant loss, requiring me to top it off every few weeks. There are no visible leaks on my garage floor.

Recently, I've also heard a distinct whining noise from the engine bay, especially under acceleration, and a noticeable drop in power. I'm worried this is pointing to the dreaded turbocharger issues I've read about for the VR30DDTT engine.

Has anyone experienced similar problems with their 2018 Q50 Red Sport? What was the diagnosis and repair cost? I'm trying to figure out if this is a common reliability issue or just bad luck.
