Vehicle: 2021 Infiniti QX50 Essential

Hello everyone,

I'm experiencing a noticeable engine vibration on my 2021 Infiniti QX50 Essential, which has about 30,000 miles. It's most prominent when the car is idling, especially in drive at a stoplight. It's not a violent shake, but it's enough to feel through the steering wheel and seat, and it wasn't there when the car was new. The car has the VC-Turbo engine.

There are no warning lights on the dash, and the car drives fine once I'm moving. I'm wondering if this is a known issue with the VC-Turbo engine or if it could be something like engine mounts. Any thoughts or similar experiences?
