Vehicle: 2017 Jeep Cherokee Latitude

My 2017 Jeep Cherokee Latitude has been having some really annoying electrical issues with the infotainment system. The Uconnect screen frequently freezes up, becomes unresponsive, or just goes black for a few seconds before restarting itself. It's especially bad when I'm using navigation or Apple CarPlay.

On top of that, the backup camera is super intermittent. Sometimes it works perfectly, other times it's just a black screen, or it shows a distorted image. The USB ports also seem to cut out sometimes, stopping my phone from charging or disconnecting CarPlay. I've tried doing a soft reset by holding down the power and tune buttons, but it only helps temporarily. Is this a known issue with the 2017 Cherokees?
