2020 Wrangler ESS Not Working - 'Service ESS' Message

Hey everyone, I'm having an issue with my 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. For the past few weeks, the Engine Stop-Start (ESS) system hasn't been working at all. I keep getting a 'Service ESS' message on the dash, and the light on the button is always off.

I've tried driving it on longer trips, thinking maybe the battery needed a good charge, but no luck. The main battery seems fine, and the vehicle starts without any issues. Has anyone else experienced this with their JL Wrangler? What was the fix?

It's a bit annoying because I like the feature, and I'm worried it might be a symptom of a larger electrical or engine problem. Any advice before I take it to the dealer would be greatly appreciated!
