My 2018 Kia Sorento EX, with about 75,000 miles, has started acting up. Lately, the transmission feels really rough, especially when shifting from 2nd to 3rd gear. It also hesitates quite a bit when I accelerate from a stop. Sometimes it feels like it's slipping before it finally engages.

I'm worried this could be a major issue. The check engine light hasn't come on yet, but the driving experience is definitely not normal. Has anyone else experienced this with their Sorento? What should I be looking for?
