Vehicle: 2018 Kia Sorento EX V6
Hey everyone,
I have a 2018 Kia Sorento EX V6 with about 75,000 miles on it. Lately, I've noticed a slight shuddering sensation, especially when I'm cruising at highway speeds around 60-70 mph. It's not constant, but definitely noticeable.
I'm wondering if it's time to consider a transmission fluid change. I know Kia often says their fluid is 'lifetime,' but I've heard that's not always the best advice for longevity, especially with some light towing I do. What are the recommended intervals for a transmission fluid service on these models, particularly if you're experiencing symptoms like mine?
Is this something a competent DIYer can tackle, or is it best left to the dealership or a specialist shop? Any advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated!
