Vehicle: 2022 Kia Telluride SX Prestige

Hello Kia community,

I'm experiencing some frustrating issues with the infotainment system in my 2022 Kia Telluride SX Prestige. The large screen occasionally flickers, sometimes goes completely black for a second or two, and has frozen a few times, requiring me to restart the car to get it working again.

It seems to happen randomly, not tied to any specific app or function. Apple CarPlay also disconnects sometimes when this happens. It's really annoying, especially when I'm relying on navigation. The car only has about 25,000 miles on it.
