Vehicle: 2022 Land Rover Defender 110 P400

Hello everyone, I'm experiencing some concerning transmission behavior in my 2022 Land Rover Defender 110 P400. It has about 25,000 miles on it, and lately, I've noticed jerky shifts, especially when downshifting at lower speeds, and sometimes a noticeable hesitation before accelerating from a stop.

It feels inconsistent, sometimes smooth, sometimes quite harsh. This isn't what I expect from a premium vehicle. Has anyone else with a newer Defender encountered these transmission issues? Is this something that a software update can fix, or should I be worried about a more serious mechanical problem?
