Hey everyone,

I've been having some frustrating issues with the infotainment system in my 2020 Lexus RX 350 F Sport. Lately, the screen has been freezing completely, sometimes for several minutes, and then it might reset itself or I have to manually turn the car off and on.

The biggest problem is with Apple CarPlay. It constantly disconnects, especially when I'm using navigation or streaming music. It's really disruptive and makes using the system almost impossible.

Has anyone else experienced this with their RX or other Lexus models from around the same year? I've tried restarting my phone and even doing a soft reset on the infotainment system (holding down the power button), but the problem keeps coming back.
