Hey Lexus community,

I'm having a really annoying issue with the infotainment system in my 2022 Lexus ES 350 Luxury. For the past week or so, the screen has been freezing randomly, sometimes for a few seconds, and then it will completely restart itself. This happens whether I'm using Apple CarPlay, the built-in navigation, or just listening to the radio.

It's really disruptive, especially when I'm trying to use navigation. I've tried turning the car off and on, and even disconnected the 12V battery for a few minutes, but the problem keeps coming back.
