Vehicle: 2020 Lexus IS 300 F Sport
Hello Lexus owners,
I've got a 2020 Lexus IS 300 F Sport, and for the past few weeks, I've been hearing a distinct clunking or knocking sound coming from the front suspension, primarily on the driver's side. It's most noticeable when going over speed bumps, potholes, or uneven pavement at low to moderate speeds. It sounds like something is loose.
I've checked for anything obvious like loose lug nuts, but everything seems tight. The car drives fine otherwise, no pulling or steering issues, but the noise is starting to get on my nerves. I'm worried it might be something serious.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue with their IS 300 or other Lexus models from this generation? What should I be looking for, or what are the common culprits for this type of noise? Any advice before I take it to the dealer would be great.
