Vehicle: 2021 Lexus GX 460 Premium

I recently noticed a sweet smell from my 2021 Lexus GX 460, and then saw a small puddle of pink fluid under the front of the vehicle. The coolant reservoir level is also a bit low. I'm worried it might be the water pump failing, even though the car only has about 45,000 miles.

Is water pump failure common on the 4.6L V8 in the GX 460 at this mileage? What are the typical signs, and how expensive is this repair? I'm hoping it's still under warranty, but I'm not sure if this is considered a wear item.
