I'm having an issue with my 2018 Lincoln MKZ Reserve, 2.0L engine. Recently, it started running really rough, especially at idle. It feels like it's shaking more than usual, and the engine just doesn't sound right.

The check engine light came on, so I hooked up my OBD-II scanner. It's showing a P0301 code, which points to a misfire on cylinder 1. I'm not sure if this is a simple fix or something more serious.
