2020 Nautilus Reserve Rough Idle & Check Engine Light - Misfire?

Hey everyone, I'm hoping someone can help me out with an issue I'm having with my 2020 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve. It has about 65,000 miles on it.

About a week ago, the check engine light came on, and since then, I've noticed a really rough idle, especially when I'm stopped at a light or in slow traffic. It feels like the engine is shaking more than usual, and sometimes it even feels like it's going to stall, though it hasn't yet.

I also feel a slight hesitation when I accelerate from a complete stop. It's not a huge power loss, but it's definitely noticeable and wasn't there before. I haven't had a chance to get the OBD-II codes read yet, but I'm wondering if this sounds familiar to anyone else with a Nautilus or similar Lincoln model.

Could this be a misfire, or something more serious? Any advice on what I should check first before taking it to a mechanic would be greatly appreciated!
