Vehicle: 2023 Lucid Air Pure

I have a 2023 Lucid Air Pure and lately, I've been having trouble charging it. Sometimes it won't start charging at all, giving me a "Charge Fault" message on the screen. Other times, it charges incredibly slowly, much slower than usual, even on a DC fast charger. I've tried different chargers and cables, both at home and public stations, but the problem persists.

Is this a known issue for the Air Pure? What could be causing these intermittent charging problems? I'm worried about being stranded if I can't reliably charge my car.
