2024 Air Touring not charging at full speed / intermittent charging

Vehicle: 2024 Lucid Air Touring

Hi all, I've got a 2024 Lucid Air Touring with about 8,000 miles. Recently, I've been having trouble with charging, both at home on my Level 2 charger and at public DC fast chargers. At home, it charges much slower than usual, sometimes only pulling 3-4 kW instead of the expected 11 kW. At DC fast chargers, it often fails to initiate charging or disconnects unexpectedly after a few minutes.

I've tried different cables and different charging stations, but the issue persists. The charging port light sometimes blinks red, but no specific error message pops up on the screen. It's becoming a real hassle to reliably charge the car.

Is anyone else with a newer Lucid experiencing inconsistent or slow charging issues? Could this be a problem with the vehicle's charging port or onboard charger?
