Vehicle: 2023 Lucid Air Grand Touring

Hey everyone,

I'm having a really frustrating issue with my 2023 Lucid Air Grand Touring's charging port. Lately, it's been very intermittent about locking the charging cable in place when I plug it in. Sometimes it works fine, but other times I have to re-insert the cable multiple times or wiggle it to get it to lock.

Even worse, sometimes it won't release the cable after charging is complete, or it takes several tries with the button on the charger or the car's screen. I'm worried this could damage the port or the cable over time. Has anyone else experienced this with their Lucid Air?
