2017 Mazda 3 rough shifts - time for transmission fluid change?

Hey everyone, I've got a 2017 Mazda 3 Grand Touring with about 85,000 miles on it. Lately, I've noticed the automatic transmission feeling a bit clunky, especially when shifting between 2nd and 3rd gear. It's not always smooth, sometimes there's a slight hesitation or a jolt.

I've been pretty good about regular oil changes and other basic maintenance, but I'm not sure if the transmission fluid has ever been touched. I checked the owner's manual, and it seems to suggest it's a 'lifetime' fluid, but I've heard that's not always the case for longevity.

Has anyone with a similar Mazda 3 experienced this? Is it time for a transmission fluid flush or just a drain and fill? What's the recommended interval for these cars, especially with higher mileage?
