Hi everyone,

I'm having some frustrating issues with my 2020 Mini Countryman Cooper (F60) with about 35,000 miles. Lately, the infotainment system has been acting up. The screen sometimes freezes, Apple CarPlay disconnects randomly, and the radio volume control becomes unresponsive.
