Vehicle: 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage ES

My 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage ES, with the 1.2L engine, has recently started guzzling gas like crazy. My usual commute used to get me fantastic mileage, but now it's dropped significantly, probably by 5-7 MPG. On top of that, the engine has stalled a couple of times at low speeds, like when I'm coming to a stop sign or pulling into a parking spot.

There's no Check Engine Light yet, which is confusing. The car feels a bit sluggish too. Could this be a fuel system issue, or something else entirely? I'm trying to figure out if it's something simple I can check before taking it to a mechanic.
