Hey everyone, I'm having an issue with my 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport SE, with about 75,000 miles on it. Lately, it's developed a really rough idle, especially when I'm stopped at a light. The engine feels like it's shaking more than usual.
To make things worse, the check engine light came on a couple of days ago. I got it scanned at a local auto parts store, and it pulled a P0302 code, indicating a misfire on cylinder 2. I'm wondering if this is something I can tackle myself, or if it's best to take it to a shop.
Could it just be spark plugs, or something more serious like an ignition coil? Any advice on diagnosing this further or what parts I might need would be greatly appreciated. I'm pretty handy but haven't done much engine work on this specific vehicle.
