Hello everyone,

I'm having a major problem with my 2023 Nissan Kicks SV, which only has about 15,000 miles on it. This morning, I went to start it, and absolutely nothing happened. No crank, no engine turning over, just silence. All the dashboard lights come on, and the radio works, but the car won't start.

I'm also getting a message on the dash that says 'Key System Error' or something similar, even though I have the intelligent key with me and the battery in the key fob is new. I've tried both key fobs, and neither works. I also tried the emergency start procedure (holding the fob to the start button), but still nothing.

Could this be a battery issue, even though the lights work? Or is it more likely a problem with the intelligent key system or immobilizer? Any suggestions on what to check or try before calling for a tow?
